Director/writer David Donnelly is set to release Maestro, a documentary on the world of classical music conductors during a time of decline.
The Endeavor Pictures produced film follows Grammy award-winning conductor Paavo Järvi, pianist Lang Lang, violinists Joshua Bell and Hilary Hahn and many others over the course of two years as they perform. The film also stars Pekka Kuusisto.
Donnelly created a Kickstarter to raise funds towards licensing and purchasing of music and a final surround mix and color correction.
